Today’s economy is making it very difficult for average hard working people to qualify for a loan to purchase a home. As a real estate investor, I must adapt to the current market and provide the needed element to be successful. And as of now I see the need for homes to be sold with owner financing. This will open up the number of buyers available to a home and give the seller a higher probability of selling.
