Welcome to the July 13, 2010 edition of wholesale real estate investing carnival.  Wholesale Real Estate is Hot!!  The millionaires of tomorrow are those that purchase properties right now, while prices are low.  The idea is to purchase real estate below market value, hold and rent it, then when the market goes back up, sell.  Warren Buffet says “You want to buy when everyone is selling and sell when everyone is buying”.  In today’s market, no one is buying and everyone is selling.

Let’s face it the majority of us aren’t independently wealthy and haven’t won the lottery. The reason we got into real estate investing was to generate cash profits into our bank accounts for financial security for ourselves and family, at least that’s why I started.
