Commercial Apartment Wholesale Deal Greensboro

SUMMARY Greensboro Commercial Wholesale Deal boasting a Potentially 14.3% Cap Rate! Apartment consist of 3 buildings, a 2-story apartment building, 3-story apartment building, and a house used as the property management office.
